Residential rental maintenance · Kildeer, Illinois
L&G US LLC is an Illinois limited liability company that owns and manages residential rental buildings. We run this online maintenance request service for our buildings and for other property owners who use it. Tenants report issues online, and we triage each request and coordinate repairs between the tenant, the property owner, and contractors, with optional text-message updates.
Sample form. Tenants use the live version through a building-specific link shared by their landlord. This sample does not submit anything.
