L&G US LLC ("we", "us") operates the Maintenance Concierge service to help tenants and property owners submit and track maintenance requests. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Contact information you provide when submitting a maintenance request (name, phone number, email, unit number)
• Details of the maintenance issue you report, including any photos or descriptions
• Communications you send us related to a request (e.g. availability for a contractor visit)

How we use your information

• To route your maintenance request to the appropriate contractor
• To send you SMS or email updates about the status of your request
• To coordinate scheduling between you, the property owner, and contractors

SMS communications

If you opt in to SMS updates, we send text messages related to your maintenance request only — status updates, scheduling coordination, and similar operational messages. We do not send marketing messages via SMS. Message frequency varies depending on your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.

Information sharing

We share your contact information only with the contractor(s) assigned to your maintenance request, and with the property owner, as needed to complete the work. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in information is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
