L&G US LLC is an Illinois limited liability company, organized in 2017, that owns and manages residential rental buildings in Illinois.
We operate this website, maint-desk.com, as our online maintenance request service. Tenants in participating buildings report maintenance issues through a link their landlord provides. We review each request, determine what kind of repair is needed and how urgent it is, and coordinate the work between the tenant, the property owner, and local contractors.
Tenants, property owners, and contractors can choose to receive text-message updates about maintenance requests. Text messages are sent only to people who opt in, and are limited to updates about specific maintenance requests. We do not send marketing messages. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.
